Trinity Plumbing NY was founded in 2020 to bring genuinely high-standard plumbing to the commercial properties that can't afford sloppy work or blown schedules — apartment buildings, restaurants, retail centers, offices, and facilities across the Capital Region.
We're a close-knit team of four, and that's deliberate: it keeps quality and accountability on every job in the hands of people who care about the outcome. From our shop in Averill Park we work with property managers, general contractors, and facility managers throughout the region, and we're experienced with prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements for public and institutional projects.
That standard comes straight from our founder — and it shapes how we schedule, how we work in occupied space, and how we leave a job site.
Meet the Founder
Dave Dingley founded Trinity Plumbing NY in 2020, bringing more than two decades in the trades to commercial work across the Capital Region. He started in electrical — wiring boiler controls — before moving into plumbing in 2002, and it quickly became his craft.
Before launching the company, Dave ran operations as General Manager of a plumbing company, where he learned firsthand what commercial clients actually need: work done right, on schedule, with minimal disruption. That shaped a simple standard — treat every job as a work of art, and do it better than the rest.
Dave sees the trades as one of the most demanding and rewarding fields there is.

Today Trinity Plumbing NY is a focused team of four holding to that standard on every commercial project. Outside work, Dave is a fly fisherman, a fine-art oil painter, and a published author of four books — craftsmanship, in every form.
